Bronco Billy’s Saloon & Grill is thrilled to unveil an upcoming expansive renovation and new addition set to open its doors this spring. Presently, dedicated construction crews are diligently at work, fashioning a spacious 3,000 square foot extension at the rear of our establishment. This remarkable addition will play host to an expansive full-service kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and supplementary restroom facilities. We are delighted to announce that this upgraded kitchen will elevate our culinary offerings, granting us a broader, more diverse menu than ever before.
In particular, our capacious dining room, equipped with additional seating, will feature a striking glass garage-style door, designed to usher in the summer breeze or offer enchanting views while diners enjoy their meals. Our target for full functionality of this addition is set for February 2024.
Subsequent to the completion of this impressive expansion, our attention will turn to refurbishing the existing building. Our focal point will be a complete reconfiguration of the bar area, seamlessly integrated into the new addition. This redesigned bar promises increased capacity, offering an expanded, superior array of beverages. We are excited to unveil a one-of-a-kind bar top that is unparalleled in its uniqueness.
Prepare to be tantalized by an enhanced selection of tap beers, enticing frozen drinks, and even a curated assortment of after-dinner libations. Additionally, sports enthusiasts will be delighted to know that six expansive big-screen TVs will be strategically positioned behind the bar, ensuring an optimal view for game day excitement while enjoying our special offerings.
Previously situated towards the back, our gaming area will undergo a transformation, moving to the forefront of the establishment. With this remodel, we aim to create a more spacious gaming environment, complete with additional pool tables and live musical performances. We anticipate the project’s full completion by May 2024.
